Short answer
A hose label must link the physical assembly to its technical records. The identification, product or assembly designation and the necessary service information must be legible; unverified pressure, temperature or certification claims must not be written on the label.

Technical explanation
The manufacturer's marking and the company's assembly label can serve different functions. The limit of the assembly cannot be taken from the catalog value of the hose body alone; the ends and conditions are also taken into account. A label or QR code does not replace actual testing and technical documentation. Providing only a link to a page does not show that the product is automatically suitable or under current inspection. The label material is also selected according to the environment and legibility requirements.

How to evaluate it in practice
The proposed label layout should include the individual identification, assembly code and revision, and the document access path. If a value is to be published, its unit and the condition it applies to must be clear. On the QR page, do not confuse the status of a canceled or withdrawn assembly with the new document. If the identification changes after production, preserve the link instead of deleting the old record. Do not attach the label in a way that disturbs the bending or inspection of the hose. Define a re-identification method in the maintenance process for labels that can no longer be read.

Frequently asked questions
Does the presence of a QR code show that the product is certified?
No. A QR code is only a means of accessing information; the type and scope of the document and its link to the actual assembly must be checked.
