Sandblasting Hoses
Sandblast delivery hoses are used for cleaning concrete and metal surfaces by sandblasting, and suction and delivery (vacuum) types for sand suction and discharge, at 12 bar working pressure. The group also includes a hose resistant to sharp edges for conveying glass, metal particles and quartz, and a wire-reinforced carbon blowing hose for coal dust suction. Choose a sandblast hose by the type and grain size of the abrasive, the inside diameter, and the nozzle and coupling system; the abrasion-resistant tube and the hose's electrical properties are assessed together. An "antistatic" marking alone does not show that the whole line is safe.
