Food Hoses
Food hoses are offered in four application types (drinking water, fatty foods, solid foods and high-temperature resistant), with suction and delivery and delivery-only options. The tube is white NR/NBR compliant with food regulations or a special synthetic rubber; suction and delivery types have steel wire reinforcement between plies in addition to cord fabric. The hoses are used for in-plant transfer and tanker discharge.

Frequently asked
Seals, fittings and cleaning conditions must suit food contact as much as the hose's inner tube. In a hygienic clamp connection, the ferrules, gasket and clamp must match the same standard and series; a clamp that closes does not by itself mean a correct match.
