PVC Flat Hoses
Layflat delivery hoses consist of a flexible tube, high-strength synthetic textile reinforcement and a weather-resistant PVC cover. The orange type is used in inside diameters from 1 1/4" to 8" at 3–6 bar, and the blue type with a PVC/NBR tube, intended for medium duty, in inside diameters from 3/4" to 8" at 6–10 bar working pressure. Both are designed for discharging water and similar fluids.

A layflat discharge hose can be used on the delivery (outlet) side of the pump; it folds flat when unpressurised and takes little space. Choose the product for the pump's delivery pressure, the fluid and the coupling type; a layflat hose is used on suction only if it is expressly stated as suitable for suction.
