Short answer
Post-use operations for steam hose cover safe isolation, management of residual fluid, proper drainage, cooling and storage conditions. The sequence and method must be taken from the facility and product instructions. A valve sequence or safe waiting time should not be derived from a general article.

Technical explanation
Manufacturer steam guidelines draw attention to assessing water accumulation after use and improper storage. However, this warning is not an instruction for opening a hot connection or draining under pressure. A safe operating state is established first. If cleaning is needed, the chemical and method are selected within the scope permitted by the product. Protecting the hose ends and recording damage findings are also important for subsequent use.

How is it assessed in practice?
The checklist to be prepared for the facility should include the person responsible for each step and the reference procedure number. The moment the operator says 'the job is done' and the state in which the assembly is ready to be taken to storage should be defined separately. For example, instead of immediately coiling a used hose tightly, an arrangement in line with the relevant product's cooling and storage instructions should be set up. Cases where drainage or cleaning could not be completed should be visible in the storage record and not mixed with clean, ready-to-use stock.

Frequently asked questions
Is every steam hose cleaned the same way after use?
No. There may be restrictions depending on the inner material, connection and usage history. A method suitable for the product and facility procedure must be determined.
