Short answer
A micro measuring hose is a small-diameter connection used to carry a measuring point to a pressure gauge or sensor. It is not a scaled-down equivalent of the main power line; measurement accuracy, response time, pressure capacity and connection safety must be selected together.
Technical explanation
The operating conditions for the hose and fitting are still limited by the manufacturer's data. The internal volume and length of the measuring line, the properties of the fluid and air in the system can affect the behavior of the measuring setup. A small inside diameter is not an indicator of the pressure rating or of whether the connection can be opened under pressure. The special function of one measuring coupling should not be generalized to a similar-looking part from another manufacturer. The pressure resistance of the hose is verified independently of the sensor's measuring range.

How is it assessed in practice?
Write the point to be measured, the expected pressure range, transient pressures, the sensor port and the required hose length on the drawing. Mark hot surfaces and moving parts near the line. Base the measuring setup on safely isolating energy beforehand; if a special connect-under-pressure feature is needed, evaluate it only with the manufacturer's explicit instructions for that combination. Add to the work order how protective caps and cleanliness will be ensured after measurement.

Frequently asked questions
Can a small-diameter measuring hose be fitted to any sensor?
No. The connection geometry, pressure, fluid and the needs of the measuring setup must match; it is not enough for the thread to engage.
